2. Products & Custom Orders

• All products are 3D printed and may contain minor cosmetic imperfections due to the nature of additive manufacturing.

• Colors and finishes may vary slightly based on filament brand, lighting, and monitor display.

• Custom orders require clear, written instructions. Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or altered.

• Glow-in-the-dark and specialty filaments may affect surface appearance or print time.

 

3. Turnaround Time

• Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or large batch orders may take longer.

• Delays due to equipment maintenance, material availability, or technical issues will be communicated promptly.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items and must be returned in original condition.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or local delivery (if within range).

• Free delivery is offered for orders $100+ within 15 miles of [Insert Location].

• A flat $10 local delivery fee applies otherwise.

 

6. Payment & Fees

• We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and card payments (via Square).

• Card payments incur a 2.6% + $0.15 processing fee.

• Service fees may apply to rush orders or highly customized requests.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All PokèFind Originals designs, prints, logos, and branding are our exclusive property.

• Reselling or copying our prints without written permission is prohibited.

• We honor open-source creators where applicable and provide attribution when required.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Misuse of products

• Allergic reactions or injuries from small parts

• Damage caused by incorrect use, heat exposure, or rough handling

Use products at your own risk.

 

9. Changes to Terms

PokèFind Originals reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
