Shipping Policy

At PokèFind Originals, each item is made to order and printed with precision, care, and creativity. Because of the custom nature of our work, our shipping process differs from traditional retail.

📦 Processing & Production Time

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the print and current order volume.
Large or custom orders may take longer, especially multi-piece prints or special filament requests.
We’ll notify you of any delays and provide updates throughout the production process.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Options

Flat Rate Shipping: All standard domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at a flat rate determined by size and weight.
Local Delivery: Available within 15 miles of Palm Desert, CA. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, a $10 delivery fee applies.
International Shipping: Not available at this time.

📨 Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.

📍Shipping Delays & Disruptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier issues (e.g., weather, holidays, strikes)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

Please double-check your address before completing your order.

💥 Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with you to file a claim or send a replacement, if applicable.
