At PokèFind Originals, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our 3D printed creations. Each item is made to order, and many are customized, which makes each piece one-of-a-kind. As such, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.
🛑 All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and made-to-order production:

We do not offer refunds or returns on items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for reading product descriptions and asking any questions before placing an order.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a clear defect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll assess the issue and may offer:

A replacement print (of equal value),
-
A store credit, or
-
A partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note: slight cosmetic imperfections (e.g., minor layer lines or stringing) are normal with 3D printing and do not qualify as defects.
⛔️ We Cannot Accept Refunds For:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Custom items once printing has started

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Color or finish differences due to filament variation or monitor displays
💳 Card Processing Fees
Orders placed via credit/debit card are subject to a 2.6% + $0.15 processing fee (charged by Square), which is non-refundable, even if a refund is issued.
