Refund Policy

At PokèFind Originals, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our 3D printed creations. Each item is made to order, and many are customized, which makes each piece one-of-a-kind. As such, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

 

🛑 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and made-to-order production:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Buyers are responsible for reading product descriptions and asking any questions before placing an order.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a clear defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. We'll assess the issue and may offer:

    • A replacement print (of equal value),

    • A store credit, or

    • A partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note: slight cosmetic imperfections (e.g., minor layer lines or stringing) are normal with 3D printing and do not qualify as defects.

⛔️ We Cannot Accept Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Custom items once printing has started

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Color or finish differences due to filament variation or monitor displays

💳 Card Processing Fees

Orders placed via credit/debit card are subject to a 2.6% + $0.15 processing fee (charged by Square), which is non-refundable, even if a refund is issued.
